We can dance (yes we can!)

It all started with a competition to win tickets for a new festival at the beach of zeebrugge.
Why not enter, right? who knows and little did we know we actually won!
Woohoow! 2 VIP tickets for the weekend and a night at a nice hotel, we coudn’t have been happier.
So the trip started off with a racy bikeride to the station, ofcourse we left 10 before the train left. haha. But we made it!

After we arrived at zeebrugge we made our way to the hotel and got settled.
We stayed at the Atlas Hotel, a great super clean hotel with the nicest staff ever.
We prepped ourselves for the night out (ofcourse that took 3hours!!haha)
All dressed up hippie style we left for the beach!
The festival looked amazing and the athmospere was great.
We met a lot of cool people. Day 1: suces!

sunbathing.

Today was just a boring day. Woke up, went to work and afterwards I decided to go sunbathing for a bit. Today’s outfit is a see through sweater that I stole from my mother. It’s from C&A, but from a really old collection. The retro top is actually a bikinitop wich I used as a top. Both my bikini and shorts are from H&M. My flats are from river Island.

Quality time.

Yesterday was a sunny summerday so we went out to enjoy the sun while it lasts because to all good things comes an end. I had to work yesterday but after that me & my hubby went out to get some coffee and have met a couch surfer. He was a pretty cool guy from spain. Together we all went to grab a bit of sushi (our addiction as some of you may allready know) and after that we went to an all-you-can-eat spareribrestaurant wich had an awesome kitsch grandma kind of interior that looked really cosy. I totally forgot to take pics of it but maybe I’ll do it next time.

I was wearing a hippie inspired dress from forever 21 with healed jelly shoes from juju and a levi’s denim jacket. My dragon shaped necklace is from zara. I hope it looks good because it’s an outfit with mixed styles, but that can work as wel as long as you combine it well.

Finally better weather. +ootd

Now that it’s finally better weather, what better to do than eat out and enjoy the sunshine.
I think we all know by now that I LOVE eating sushi, and that I thinks it’s the best food ever
if you find a right place to eat it at. I’ve decided to grab some food with my cousin and had
a great day doing it. We ate at Zao Wang, a great sushi place,where my hubby works.
After we had enough food we decided to go to Chi-Chi’s, a great Tex-Mex restaurant,
but not for the food because we had enough already, but for their cocktails.
I like my cocktails to be very sweet and if that’s how you like them as well,
you’ll love their cocktails, especially their strawberry-banana Margarita.

My outfit is mostly vintage, except the pants,bag and shoes.
The camouflage printed jacket is from a flea market in Brussels
and is a real jacket from the army, because it has the Polish flag on it. 😀
The pants are from H&M and the shoes are from primark.
Both sweater and shirt are from T2, a vintage shop.
I bought the bag in Spain, it has a skull pattern on it.

Today just a quick OOTD with nothing much to it.
I’ve tried a kind of grungy rocker type of look with Burgundy pleather pants that matches my boots
which are Dr. Martens replica’s.
My pants were only €5 during sales so I just had to have them .
On top a simple shirt I bought in Zara.

2nd anniversairy!!

Hi everybody,

Me & my boyfriend ‘ve recently celebrated our second anniversairy,
but it was actually all a surprise to me because we’ve agreed on postponing the celebrationdate untill my schoolvacation begins.
Little did I know that my boyfriend allready booked a table at a great restaurant!

I was all prepared to say goodbye to my boyfriend since he had to work and I had to pack my bags for a trip the next day.
So when he left for work, I went to my room and found a little box with macarons from La durée.
I must say they are the best macarons I ever ate.
Then all of the sudden my boyfriend enters the room with a smile on his face and tells me he took a day off to surpise me 😀
I was really happy with the great surprise and had a really nice evening with great food.
The restaurant is located in the center of Antwerp and is also known for its great cocktails and lounge area that really makes you feel like home.

Black & White

Just a little outfit of the day post.

I LOVE wearing black and if it were up to me I would black ALL the time, but I need some variation sometimes.
SO it is time for some stripes!
It is always a gamble with stripes, you can look twice your size or like a zebra. Jungle Fever.
But I took the plunge and went for it. The thing I love about this outfit is that it is really low budget.
My pants were really cheap in the sales and Primark is just always really cheap and awesome.

Vintage from top to bottom. /OOTD

Hi everybody!

Sorry that I can’t post everyday, but It has been really busy lately.
I’m still in High School so every morning I’m off to school or busy with schoolwork.
In my free time I try to post as much as possible.
For today I only have a small post for you guys, it’s an OOTD (ouftit of the day)

As the titel allready reveals I’m wearing vintage from top to bottom.
Well… Except the sable shoes , I bought them at the online shop of Brantano for about €30.
But still, they have a vintage look to them.
What I love about the outfit is how everything matches,
There are alot of red hints that connect the pieces together.
Even the soles of my shoes are red!
